What file format do I receive?

All charts are PDF files, optimized for printing. You can open them in any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview on Mac, etc.) and print them directly or scale them to fit your preferred canvas size.

What mesh count should I use?

Each chart specifies the recommended mesh count. For example, a 14-count canvas is ideal for most of our patterns. If you prefer a different size, you can scale the chart up or down when printing, though this may affect the stitch count and difficulty.

Absolutely! Once you purchase a chart, it's yours to stitch as you see fit. Feel free to adjust colors, add stitches, or make it your own. That's the beauty of handcrafted needlepoint.

Do I need special equipment?

You'll need basic needlepoint supplies: canvas (the mesh count recommended for your chart), embroidery floss, a needle, and scissors. We recommend DMC floss for best results with our color recommendations. A light box is helpful but not required.

How long does a project usually take?

Project time varies based on size and complexity. A beginner project might take 10–20 hours, while an advanced piece could take 40+ hours. It really depends on your stitching pace and dedication!

What's your refund policy?

Since our charts are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once purchased. However, if you have any issues downloading or opening your file, please reach out to us directly and we'll sort it out.

Yes, you can print your chart as many times as you need for your personal use. Each chart purchase is for personal, non-commercial use only.
